The HighDrop Guide/PDF and educational materials are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase—no questions asked.

What's Not Refundable

The following are final sale with no refunds:

Done-for-you services

Templates and toolkits

Advanced systems and software access

Any downloadable content outside the main Guide/PDF

These items are non-refundable because they contain proprietary methods that cannot be "returned" once accessed.

The email address used at checkout

A one-sentence reason for the request

We'll process your request within 24 hours.

When Refunds Will Be Denied

Requests made after 30 days

Evidence the material was shared, resold, or distributed

Completion of more than 75% of course content (for future course products)
